• Connect calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar) to check availability
• Share public booking pages for others to schedule appointments
• Receive and manage bookings
• Reschedule or cancel appointments
• Send automated notifications and reminders

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use calbot.ai. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Creation

To use calbot.ai, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth authentication

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account credentials, transfer your account to another person, or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use calbot.ai only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

• Event type descriptions and details
• Booking questions and custom fields
• Profile information and settings
• Any other data you submit to the service

License to Use Your Content

By submitting content to calbot.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for content that has been shared with others or is required for legal compliance.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share your content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material

Calendar Integrations

calbot.ai integrates with third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar). By connecting your calendar:

• You authorize calbot.ai to access your calendar data to check availability and create events
• You acknowledge that we rely on these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or performance
• You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your settings
• You remain responsible for managing permissions and access through the third-party service

We will use your calendar data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Booking and Scheduling Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a Host

If you create event types and accept bookings, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate availability and calendar information
• Honor confirmed bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Respond to booking requests and attendee communications in a timely manner
• Provide accurate event descriptions and requirements

Your Responsibilities as an Attendee

When booking appointments with others, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Attend scheduled meetings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Respect the host's time and scheduling preferences

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Both hosts and attendees may cancel or reschedule bookings through the platform. We are not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests. Users are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Fees and Payment

calbot.ai is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features or services in the future. If we introduce paid features:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before charging for previously free features
• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed
• You may choose to discontinue use of paid features at any time

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

calbot.ai is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Calendar integrations will always function correctly
• Notifications and reminders will always be delivered

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZWHEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the service
• Missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or booking errors
• Failure of calendar integrations or notification systems

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANY FEES).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless calbot.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Content you submit or share through the service

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your access to the service will be immediately terminated
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Existing bookings may remain visible to affected parties until the scheduled time

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with calbot.ai, please contact us first at support@calbot.ai to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which calbot.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

General Provisions

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of calbot.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and calbot.ai regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
